The front desk at hotel sunshine residence is not at all friendly.... it seems they dont want the electronic booking from any agencies... customers who all coming through Hotel Thailand are devils in their eyes.... they just want to chase the people...personally myself and my friends visited 10 countries till now...no where we got humiliated and insulted... even the front desk people told me to put my comment in face book stating that they are not good.. i hope they dont require any tourist to support theem..its seems the owner have enough wealth.. i think hotel thailand had made a blunder by choosing hotel sunshine for us.... lukily we vaccated the hotel and got through into hotel hisho...so that we enjoyed our three day stay in Pattaya.... but i thank hotel thailand for all their efforts to help us in finding a hotel.... but please dont suggest the hotel sunshine to any one..
