My Unpleasant Stay in The Zign Hotel

When I reach the hotel, it was very confusing as there are two lobby, one opposite the other. The service counter staff only have one English-speaking service staff. The hotel room was not what we expected to be spacious and comfortable. It states pool terrace but all it meant was near the pool. The room cleanliness was horrible! There was a line of ants all the way to a corner of the room which is infested by ants! There was also no instructions for on what number to dial for service counter/room service/room-to-room. When we managed to call to the service counter, they gave me inconsistent answers on the number to dial. Sometimes the service counter has no one to pick up the phone. Room service was fine but not when I requested for a cap opener, they insist that I return the cap opener because they only have ONE in the hotel. Ridiculous! They even brushed me off by saying if we buy it (used cap opener) for 1000 baht (US$32.00) then they will give it to us. Basically, it was a very unpleasant stay in The Zign hotel.
