For all the $ I paid; I was a bit disappointed. There were no Microwave in the room; no directory for the facility. No iron/iron board in the rooms and when you did call for one, it took so long because of the language bearer. The room needs to add another desk or something especially in the second room for another phone and the computer area. Hotel did not have my reservation and a few other guest so you had to sit and wait in order to find it... Room was not cleaned up to my standing...
