I can say there is no service at the hotel at all. I feel that they charge everything unreasonably. For example, I don't have the facilities to print out the vouchure, they refuse to print it out from a digital format for customer since they insist to have a hard copy of the vouchure from HotelTai....

Actual the service of the receiption is not that good. We ordered a kind bed room at the intertnet but they got a twin beds room for us. When we came back and pointed out the problem, the receiption didn't even make a slightly pologize but just changed another room without any other response. ....
