Nice vacation in Thailand

I was really happy with almost everything, exept that I forgot some jewellery in a glass in the bathroom. You confermed later, on the telefhone that they had been found. I asked you if you could be so kind and send it to my home adress, and that I would pay for the expenses. I even called you after some weeks,as they never came, to make sure you had the right adress.You confirmed the adress, but said there had been some problems with the post.I sent you an e-mail, but I never recieved anything or heard from you again.Then I gave up. You should also give your restaurant staff an english dictionary, so they at least could inform their guests about the menue. I can not take any milk products, and informed the waiter daily about this. They always answer "YES" pretending to have understood, which they obviously had not. That was very irritating.Very often I could not eat the food.
