Disappointing stay on Phi Phi

Phi Phi Arboreal was not so good stay, Air-Con standard room OK but bathroom get very wet after shower & the air-con not so good. Free Breakfast OK but restaurant food small & no real taste! But big problem was the 150 BIG steps up to resort, this was very horrible. If i had known about steps before booking no way would i go.
