Nice place just off the busy path on Phi Phi. Easy to acces and friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean. Not near the beach, 10 min walk.

Out of the three and a half weeks i've been in Thaialnd tyis is by far the most disapointing place I have stayed in. After arriving on the island I was only to find that I could have stayed elsewhere for the same price or cheaper with much better rooms and facilities.
