hotel Thailand.com was unable to give us the right resort phone number so we had some trouble to find our way to the resort. When we arrived, there was nobody at the desk and at the beginning we felt a bit disappointed but we could understood because it was maybe 09.30 pm. The room was absolutely not corresponding to the pictures shown on website, we can understand that all rooms won't be exactly furnished the same way but it was more a difference of standard, I cannot call the room we had "a deluxe Villa". our car was parked AND LOCKED on the hotel parking but someone stole one 25 kilos rice bag out the 16 I had bought to give to a buddhist monastery to feed the monks in Loei which temple is very poor.My wife has found the back window door from our Toyota Vigo opened the day after as we were leaving the hotel. I can understand people are poor and I agree "to lose" this bag to feed a family in need but I not accept that the parking which was supposed to be looked after by a guard as they were only five customers cars. You understan now wh I answered lately to your survey as I was to first think positive and be the more impartial I could in my statement.
