We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel was a long way from the beach and the bedrooms we were allocated were very small. Great Hotel but with a very bad service. Food & Beverage is OK. The staff are really unfriendly. Often transfer guest to other rooms with no advanced notice. Staff are very discriminative to guests. Not recommended Hotel.

Beginning by the good: The location is just 5 minutes walk to JungCeylon, the main shopping center in Patong, with a very good Carrefour Supermarket inside. Also, there are plenty of pharmacies, street markets and food options all around the hotel. ....
