The service staff are very friendly and will help if they are able to. The hotel promotes meals as being available ie.breakfast, lunch and dinner in their brochure. This is not the case. This is a budget hotel definately, with very limited facilities. Only breakfast is available. No ground floor rooms are available. No facility in house to change money. No internet facilities. When I reqested another blankets i was cold staff refused, even though i offered a deposit. The lack of adequate facilities lets this hotel down, as its location and price are very good.
