Great Value Hotel in Patong

Just returned from a very good 3 night stay at the Baan Boa Resort in Patong. Hotel is located right on the beach road at the southern end of Patong. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk 10 minutes up beach road to the Bangla bars and nightlife area. Great as a quiet retreat that's nonetheless close to everything, including the local bus stop into Phuket town. Room was large and great with very comfortable king bed. Hotel staff very good. Restaurant and breakfast was OK, especially good value for their homemade pizzas. Very nice swimming pool on the interior quad of the hotel. Onsite massage shop. Room service till 11 pm, not overpriced. Only downside, hotel is 4 stories with no elevator, so depending on your floor, you may be walking up and down. We paid about 1300 baht per night, great value for the price.
