staff were fantastic and very accomodating. rooms was huge as well as the bathrooms. pool was amazing, food and drink were great and the location was perfect! def wil be staying here if we return to phuket again!

Nous avions une chambre avec accès piscine très agréable. Seulement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui était infectée de moustiques. Les lits sont confortables et la literie propre. Mais, les jointures de la douche étaient sales et le lavabo tout le temps bouché. Le personnel accuei....

this was our first time staying at this hotel. we had a pool access room which we got at a good price about $90 aud that was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was reasoable but lady that cleaned our room was very lazy with her cleaning compared to other hotels we have stayed in also she....

Wonderful Stay in Phuket

The deluxe room that we had was really great. It was situated in the main building whith balcony against the pool. Two nice big beds, big bathrom, evererything was great. Good hotel if you want to live close too were the action is i Patong, took 10 min walking to Bangla or the beach.

Phuket a nice place for vacation but dissapointed with hotel service

We travel 4 girls in group.on day we arived (dd180209)we're allowed to check in early but to my dissapointment we're talk in rude way by the receptionist (help us to check-in) who suspect we're trying to squeeze under 1room. they don't allow my friend to take a view @ our room as i'm trying to persu....
