I would like to share my unpleasant experiences during my stay from 8th Sept to 12th Sept with the hotel. During our 1st day at the hotel, we realized that there were no hot water supply in our room. When we checked with the hotel counter staff, we were being brushed off by reason saying that the hot water system was faulty and pending repair which will be completed in an hour's time. However, we waited until it was night time but hot water was still unavailable. On the 2nd day, the hot water supply was still not resumed and when we checked with the hotel counter staff again, we were still told that the system is still under repair and that there is not even an expected completion date for the works to be completed. Worst of all, not a single toothbrush & toothpaste were provided ! We had to purchase our own toothbrush & toothpaste ! When we went for breakfast, the environment was so unhygience that there were ants observed on the table where the food were laid. I believed that hygience should be held 1st place in a hotel, but ended up we had to face such unacceptable eating environment. I would urge the hotel to immediately improve their service standards to avoid further disappointment. The hotel stay have indeed been an unpleasant one causing much unhappiness & inconvenience to me. In addition, to urge all other stayers who are intending to stay in this hotel to seriously consider their booking with the hotel so as to avoid disappointment and unhappiness with their service standards.
