Stay at C& N Resort & Spa

C&N Resort and Spa is very good hotel, everything is fine except the receptionist. Room, Swimming pool are good and the breakfast we enjoyed it. Want to mention couple of points, we had stay of more than 3 nights but free pickup didnt arrive as mentioned in hotel policy and as confirmed with hotel. Called up Hotel Thailand and transferred to hotel, but very limited english, they didnt understand anything. Anyways we arrived at hotel and were promised free taxi at departure. On departure day, taxi didnt come as promised on time but came 1 hour late.
