I have stayed at your Hotel many times over the last 10 years, and my only negative comment is about the staff on your front desk. On this occassion a man named Yongut, who could not even be bothered to help in arrange a taxi to the airport. On previous occeassions a lady on the front desk, whose name I do not have, has been regularly rude and in general very moody. Yonguts laziness and negative attitude has forced me to look for alternative accomodation in the future, of which there are many choices in Phuket. This is a shame as I do come to Phuket quite often every year, and have gotten quite used to your hotel, but this last experience of incompetence and rudeness indicates this hotels lack of appreciation of regular customers.
