My friends and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was great for the price that we paid. It was clean. The location was good. It is a short walk (5-10min) to Bangla road, 5-10 min to Juncyelon mall and there are a lot of street foods everywhere. Across from the hotel there is a spa and massage place. The place is cheap and clean. Try their Thai massage. I went twice and it felt great! The reception staff do not speak a lot of English however, they are very friendly. The first night we arrived there, our twin beds room was not ready. They wanted to place us in a double bed room for the night and moved us to the twin beds room the next morning at 8.30am. It took us 30 mins to explain to them that we were leaving for Phi Phi Island at 7.30am and we won't be in the hotel until night time. Finally, they decided to clean the twin bed rooms and we were able to stay in the same room for the whole time we were staying there. Apart from that, we had a good time staying in Diamond Beach Suite Hotel. We will be considering to stay in there again for our next visit.
