the hotel and its location is excellent and we will definitely return again. We only stayed for the weekend but really enjoyed it. The staff was really friendly and takeing care of you. One issue the management of JW Marriot Phuket shoudl work on, is the organisation of the breakfast, as I cannot accept for such a 5-star hotel, to wait around 15-20 minutes, before you will be seated. If the hotel is fully booked, and I am sure it was, the hotel should offer another loacatiom where to take the breakfast
