Stayed during Aug 22-25 2008 in the Hotel, and will NOT come back for sure. Staff is probably one of the unfriendliest I have experienced in Thailand (no thai smiles) and since we are resident in Thailand we have travelled quite a lot. Hotel facilities and rooms are relatively old (except for the new lobby). Could not use any hot water during our stay, since rusty water out of the water tank gave the hot water a 'nice' brown colouring throughout the Hotel. If travelling with small children there is no elevator available so have to carry your e.g. buggy (also staff does not offer help freely). Only advantage is nice pool directly at the beach and good beach and good surf (not for small children due to strong rip currents).
