Nice stay

We had a suite room with a nice view to the beach and the laguna. Unfortunately the design of the furniture is a little bit old fashioned and the dark brown floor does not make an elegant impression. In comparison with the same room category in the Sheeraton Grand or the pool villa of Banyan Tree which are very beautiful and partly even cheaper. The view to the beach is blocked by a lot of small Thai cottages with shops. This is not the case with the other laguna hotels like Bayan Tree or Sheraton or Dusitani. These cottages should stand right and left of the hotel park and not in front where they block the view and the access to the beach. Very irritating and a pity. The Hotel besides that is very nice with friendly and helpful staff as well as very good food at reasonable prices. Our son liked also very much the Kids Club. The pools are nice but should be cleaned more from leaves a.s.o. For families with children very recommendable.
