We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Manathai Surin Beach. We got upgraded to a pool suite (we had our own plunge pool) which was fantastic as they were doing works where our courtyard suite was that we booked. The hotel was really lovely but during our whole stay we had no water in our roo....

This hotel has both an old and a new wing. The rooms in the old wing are small and very overpriced. The rooms in the new wing are wonderful and worth the money. We found the service to be quite poor. It was often hard to locate a staff member who could help, and their response was always slow.....
