I've been to Phuket abt 10 times n stayed in many different hotels but on this visit, the staff at Millennium Hotel gave us extremely good service. We booked a Superior room thru your site but upgraded to Cabana room upon arrival n wasn't disappointed dispite unusual heavy rain thru out our stay. The Bell Boys helped with our reconfirmations for tours n airport transfer service. Other hotels will ask us to contact service providers directly. When one of our tour driver arrived, Bellboy went to mall's restuarant to inform us. Housekeeping is very efficient. Every morning, our room is fixed the moment we finished our breakfast. I've not encounted this in any other hotels. Breakfast spread is good n caters to all international travellers. Nightly buffet dinner is reasonably priced but will definitely try out their Seafood Nite next time. The room is spacious and has a huge bath tub that fits 3 people. My kid loved it very much. Enjoyed lounging on patio and jaccuzi too. It's location is ideal and you can walk to Night Markets and feast on authenic Thai food along the road. They even gave us a room to freshen up before we head to airport for our late nite flight back to Singapore. The only low point is the lack of frequent complimentary transfer to main Patong beach. Only 1030am & 1130am to Patong and back to hotel at 230pm & 430pm. Otherwise, tuk-tuk charge 200THB one way there. I think its over priced. I will highly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Do lookout for staff KIW at Frontdesk and Bellboys Pong & Yot. They are all very warm and friendly people. Hope all of you will also share similiar experiences with Millenium Resort Patong too.
