My stay in Montana Grand Phuket

Overall is value for money, I wasn't impress when I arrived at your hotel, the photograph on the website look impressive, I stay in room 608 the hot water is not working, aircon very noisy, toiletries is not sufficient, no comb, toothbrush, body foam. This hotel could be much more cosy if the management decide on upgrading the decor including carpet and subsequently revise the room rates. Sir, this is my very frank opinion and it is my twelve trip, I have stayed at Karon beach, Kata Thani, Pan Sea Hotel I could not remember the beach name, I will definitely come again to Phuket because I love relaxing by the sea and pool.
