what i see and read on the web,is what we don't get.new room given,no greener look no posters or pictures on the wall,room balcony facing parking lots for vehicles,no hair dryer,no coffee tea making facilities,no bathrobe,req for toothbrush,said don't have.savebox 50bht if want to use.staffs not friendly,helpfull.during our stay from beginning to the end,theres no one who ask about our stay.they seems to be more on european side.not for asian like malaysia,singapore.for me and my wife,the worst holiday stay,comparing with BALI.LANGKAWI,PENANG,SINGAPORE.one thing for sure we won't recomend any of our friend or fly about thailand.as i'm from a hotelier in singapore i won't recomend to my guest as well.lastly i would like to have an email adress to your TOURISM BOARD,so i could highlight some matters concerning outside the resort.this matter should be share by the mgmt of patong resort.
