nice new hotel, good location, value for money

Nice new place between Kata and Karon,nice views from some of the rooms, well equiped bathrooms (bath tub and shower), food and breakfast OK, nice pool and acces to two pools at The Peach Hill next door,service and cleanless need improvment, the staff is very friendly but they still need to work on their routines and communication skills (english) still a bit of a buliding site in april 2008, elevator malfuncions were a hussle since we lived on the fifth floor, it was impossible to adjust the temperature of the airconditioning (electronic regulator did not function)most of the time it was too cold so we had to turn it of in the middle of the night,on the whole good value for the money, especially during the low season.
