everyone expects a perfect holiday they also expect to get what they ask for. the hotel paradise advertises it is a four star hotel, this is not the case. The new section is of course a four star, the old section we were put it I would rate as a two star. Every room was unclean and we were taken to 3rooms. One would think that if you pay for four star that is what you should get. The view I must admit in the old tower is fantastic, that is if you get a balcony when you ask for one. Upon our disgust we complained about the above and had to plead with the staff of the Hotel and the HotelThailand Travel rep. to be given a room that we had paid for. To my disgust I was told I had to pay extra. You have to be kidding the hotel is not booked out. After literally begging to the Duty Manager we were finally given a room that met our original expectations. This room was in the new building and was I would rate as a 4.5 star gorgous accomodation , spotless presentation, modern /contemporary furnishings, everything you could ask for. First night in your new room could not sleep because of the noise which did not stop until 5.30a.m every morning. Starting with the Gay Cabarets, disco techno and hip hop music until 3.00.am proceeding with the traffic kaos in the carpark directly behind your room, with a policeman blowing a whistle for every car moving out of the car park to 1 hour maybe of silence until around 5.00am when the garbage truck turns up to cleand the mess...oh my god everytime I think about it I cannot comprehend how I stayed at this place for one day let alone for the seven days that I did. Hotels are always asking for peoples feedback how about some of your feedback, i would like to know how are you going to get me to come back not ask me to talk other people to come and stay at the royal paradise ask me.
