On the day that I checked into the hotel, i was given the room at far most to the top of the hotel. But the front-desk staff didn't tell me that the lift is spoiled. I was then getting help from bell boy to send me to my hotel room using buggy car. I find it the room assigned to me really inaccessib....

The Sugar Palm hillside is a very new and clean hotel. We were initially given a room on the lower floor but was changed upon our request. The rooms from 5th floor onwards offer a magnificent view of the sea. Definately a better choice than the Old Phuket Boutique Hotel that we stayed for o....

The rooms on the middle of the hotel are better, because you have a better view on the sea and it is less tired to walk up to the room. The jacuzzi is on the glass balcony which overlooks the passage of the hotel, it is not discreet of the whole! The breakfest is very good and various. you can ....

The only default is that this room is on the top of the hill and you have to go on step. But it worth, even it's getting tired. On the rooms 3100... you don't really see the sea, but the pool on the top is really good.

I really enjoyed this hotel and it's location. The only negative thing is that there were no elevators to the floors and the climb to get to the rooms when golf carts were unavailable were a pain. Overall, I really enjoyed all other aspects of my stay at Sugar Palm Hillside in Phuket, Thailand....
