A bit of disappointment

On the day that I checked into the hotel, i was given the room at far most to the top of the hotel. But the front-desk staff didn't tell me that the lift is spoiled. I was then getting help from bell boy to send me to my hotel room using buggy car. I find it the room assigned to me really inaccessible. Room was alright, but there were some dirt on the ceiling, balcony wasn't that clean too although the room came with fair bit of seaview scenery. But, overall still acceptable. Staffs were very helpful.
