Not really the same room as shown on the website! We booked for a king size bed and had 2 single beds. The room had a wall view and was very noisy. Hotel rate too expensive for this kind of hotel and so many problems during our stay: air conditioning failure: 4 times. no hot water,3 days. Beach towe....

The resort was very close to the main area of Kata Beach. few minutes walk to the beach. And shops just out the front. Very relaxing atmosphere, well worth it :)

Room was nice - but not so clean. we had some noise from electronic equipments what made it hard to sleep the first night but it got fixed on our 2nd. day. Pool is very nice and the hotel is close to the beach. Quiet area.

We have very much enjoyed a week in sugar palm hotel. Service and Facilities are very good. Specially breakfast buffet was so good and very tasteful. We want to recommend this hotel all of our friends in Germany and Japan. Next year we will come back again to this hotel.
