Never Again

I arrived at the hotel in an mood of dissapointment the broshure looked as though the hotel was right on the beach instead it is on one of the most noiseiest roads in Phuket I asked to be transferred to a more private room just to find for my trouble and my own fault that I had done myself a disfavour I asked for a room in the old section of the hotel top floor facing the ocean and the pool at first I thought they were treating me kindley after my behaviour at the front desk I realised later that it was some form of punishment for being stuborn they had given me a suit with a restricted view with trees and put me next to a family with 4 children with just a hollow door between rooms I could hear every scream every argumenent every word what a nightmare and when I complained they merely smiled and said the family had just moved in which was not correct they also added insult to injurey by charging me 500 Bhat extra per night I later found out that you can get better rooms in Phuket Patong beach for only 600Baht per night, when dining at the hotel I noticed that the fish while edable came with a salad of shall we say some history of the days before. all in all I have been to Phuket many times this is the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay in, never AGAIN.
