Service at the front desk is poor. I traveled in a group of 6. Lots of forms to fill up upon check-in and front desk can't clip the right passport with the right room number. They are unfriendly and not helpful. No umbrella for loan at the front desk even it was raining and there is no covered walk....

It is dark and sames like not safe and if you live lonely here, you will feel not bad at night and many flyers in the air also in the food ./

Staff at this hotel were friendly and excellent. pool area great for singles and family. Location was great for shopping,dining and nightlife. The deluxe rooms were large and cleaned superbly. Terrific stay would return again.
