At the New Year buffet was nearly all food cold, even the food who suppose to be served warm. The location was okey. It was easy to get in to stores m.m. Bad that nearly all resaurants and ALL stores was closed during our days there

The reception staff were surly. The room often wasn't made up until 4pm Shower did not work but was repaired when we complainjed, but there was no cold water in the shower or sink.
