Close to bang la road and the shopping malls. 10 minute walk to the beach. Multiple Swimming Pools and service with a smile. One couldnt ask for more, as they had placed us in a room according to our request. Breakfast spread was good.

if you dont mind staying in the gay section of town this is the place the hotel has it all you dont even need to leave but whats the fun in that. the staff is very friendly and helpful. room service is pretty fast compared to alot of hotels i have stayed. overall i would recomened this hotel to ever....

a good and lovely visit to phuket

Everything was realy o.k. include the swimming pool and the bar. except as we can remember there was a problem with the hours of heating of the water of the pool- since it took place during the day time hours and caused some headacke when smelling the gas used to heat. we recommand to heat the water....

this is a nice hotel, but the wing I was staying in was a bit old,needs a renovation! all other sections of hotel was modern. hotel staff are nice, location of hotel was good.

everyone expects a perfect holiday they also expect to get what they ask for. the hotel paradise advertises it is a four star hotel, this is not the case. The new section is of course a four star, the old section we were put it I would rate as a two star. Every room was unclean and we were taken ....
