Totally disappointing, not recommendable

We had been very optimistic to go to this hotel because HotelThailand had given "5 suns"to Purimas Beach Hotel and Spa, however we were so disppointed because everything is old, out of order and age, and all the services (even poor) are only given at extra costs. We left the hotel as soon as possible (when we found a better one) and I had to leave more than 7,000 THB, both to the hotel (one night that we did not spend in the hotel)and to HotelThailand (10% retained). Please, do not qualify my comments as fake and do not remove them, because they are totally true and sincere, so please leave them on the site and rethink your classification because this is my second experience of unsatisfying hotel booked via HotelThailand. Happily we have a car, so we looked around and we found an hotel for the same price, with much better quality and frequentation, and all services included. So I believe that your website really need to be updated.
