Good value for the price (of 1000 baht a night): location is convenient (with nearby 7-Eleven); internet is free (as well as mosquito bites). Rayong is not what you expect of a sea-side resort town. It is INDUSTRIAL, petrochemical in particular. Japan, Korea, the US... all have chemical plants....
