Lost and out of age...

This was my first experience of an hotel booked on HotelThailand, and it was really not satisfying. We had been optimistic because of the information on HotelThailand website, but we were very disappointed when arriviing at Rock Garden Hotel; everything is old, out of order and age and the place is totally lifeless. We spent only one night and because of the dust we got conjunctivitis thus we left the hotel as soon as possible and we found a better one by ourselves. Please, these comments are not fake, do not remove them, because they are a true and sincere information. However, I do not blame the hotel itself or the people working there, they have been fair; but the HotelThailand website can be blamed because it shows something very shiny from an old lost dusty place. So please, be honest and leave my comments on your website, which, by the way, really needs to be updated.
