just returned form an excellent 10 day break in baan haad ngam where the service and accomoadation are excellent from the front desk staff to the restaurant/bar service - especially enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour where we also received 'free nibbles' to accompany our cocktails. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here - we were alllowed to keep our room on with no hassle for a minor fee as we had a night flight - booked our trips through thefront desk and they were excellent value for money. Would retun to the same hotel if i go back to thailand (and i certainly hope to return)
