Positive: New Management very friendly and service orientated Negative: Some of the staff employees are unfriendly, not supporting the needs of the customer, far away from the normal service level from other hotels. Only a few of the employees team are as good as in other hotels. Fitness-Center low level Price level soft drinks much too high
