Appalling customer services

We had a great stay in Chaweng Cove. we were a little dissapointed with our room as we had asked for one with a balcony and our request apparently was not recoreded. The customer service was very poor. it was near impossible to communicate with them. i had a package being delivered to me at the hotel containing a valuable item. it did not arrive while we were staying there but i left an email contact and asked them if they could please let me know when it arrived. i was met with a blank stare. i still have not heard from them despite attempts to get in touch and am going to have to claim insurance on the item. Very dissapointing
