Very nice location but highly overpriced. Food, suites and villas are priced as 5 stars but staff does not know the most common english and the food is "fair" at it's best, but prizes there exceeds "Sukothai", "the Oriental" etc. It is a typical "run down" hotel with no leadership at all. A mentally....
