Nice location but very bad management.

Very nice location but highly overpriced. Food, suites and villas are priced as 5 stars but staff does not know the most common english and the food is "fair" at it's best, but prizes there exceeds "Sukothai", "the Oriental" etc. It is a typical "run down" hotel with no leadership at all. A mentally disabled child could run a hotel better than this. You will feel like you're in an episode of "Fawlty Towers" when you meet "the Manager" and the "Staff". Nobody takes responsibility, nobody want's to work there, everybody just want to go home fast. AirCon fails twice daily and you never get what you order when you call for RS, housekeeping show up when they feel they can spare a moment and you're on your own if you don't scream for help with your lugage. Off Course nobody is smiling, even though this is Thailand. Choose 4Seasons or Tongsai Bay instead if you want the real 5 star deal ind Samui - Don't waste your money here like we did.
