The first few days the bedlinnen wasn't changed. After I complained the sheets were chnged everyday. The bathroom wasn't cleaned good. Also in the beginning we didnt't received some lotions which we received after I had complained about the bedlinnen. The internet connection is very slow and the use of wireless is impossible because of the low speed. Also wireless reception is available in the hotel lobby. The beach beds are taken away at 4:00 pm because the tables for the beach restaurant needed to be placed on the beach. Staff is very friendly and every complaint is taken seriously.
