Amazing Wedding and Honeymoon at Ban Sabai!!

We booked last minute at Ban Sabai and received a very good deal for a beachfront room. We weren't sure what to expect booking online but we were more than thrilled! Our room was beautiful, overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets, our own pool and outdoor cabana. We loved the outdoor bathroom for romantic showers and baths, but everything is outdoors including the toilet. We got married in Thailand at a buddhist temple and after our wedding we returned to Ban Sabai to have massages and spa services right at our own cabanas overlooking the water....amazing! We rented a private bbq for our dinner and the service was amazing! The staff brought music, a bbq, wine, flowers, etc. and we just sat back and enjoyed the sunset and evening. We found all the staff to be excellent, really making our trip exceptional. We went the last week of slow season so it was quiet at the resort. I would highly recommend ban sabai to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle and just going to enjoy. The food at the hotel is excellent and the prices were very good. Next door is a hotel that was once rated the top 5 in the world and we found the food not as good at that hotel and twice as expensive as Ban Sabai. The only possible negative of Ban Sabai is the transportation, you have to take a taxi anywhere you go from the resort and it is a little ways from the main towns, but we weren't going for the busy towns. Two Thumbs up to Ban Sabai Sunset!!
