The hotel name is totally misleading. we were expecting a resort by the sea, with its own private beach. but we need to cross a busy road to reach to the beach. and the beach is quite dirty with rubbish strewn all over. with no park benches for us to sit while watching the sun rise. as for the hotel staffs, it is very frustating for us when a front desk staffs has no basic understanding of an english language. thy cant provide useful infos for tourist like us on availibility of point of interest nearby. And it took them an hour just to provide us with a transport to take us to hat yai. and there was a guard who is very rude to us by not allowing our motorbikes to be park in the hotel compound and ask us to park our bike by the roadside. but i would like to personally thank mr. sa'ad, one of their staff, who did help us to translate our request to be relayed to the front desk personnel, even goin all the way to get us transportations to hatyai, and catered spaces at the entrance lobby for us to park our bikes.
