This hotel is very Thai - not surprising given the location, Surat is a very Thai city. Breakfast was not great but there was plenty of fruit and toast to fill up on. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent right in the middle of the town. Not far away from highway 4. The staff are great and always willing to help.

The room was good value for money, however the American Breakfast was totally inadequate. At best, all I managed to get was cold fried eggs on toast. No cereal, no bacon and no fresh milk.

The staff don't speak english, the room for 3 people was very small, and they put the third bed after our arrival. For the dinner we wait more than 30 minutes for two hamburger..terrible service..they are very lazy.. I don't reccomend this hotel. No internet free. We enjoy only the breakfast, ve....

The room was fantastic, the hotel a very good standard. My only complaint was the breakfast voucher stated it was for an American breakfast but the breakfast was a buffet and bacon and eggs for example were charged as an extra.
