This hotel needs to be renovated. Wallpaper is peeling off walls, carpet is dirty and reception staff lack confidence dealing with farang (or maybe they just not so friendly with everyone?). Let's put it this way, this Hotel has POTENTIAL to be great again.

First of all the room was terrible on the 12th floor. The wall paper was hanging off the walls and someplaces there was not any wall paper. The lights were broken The remote for the room had no electricity and all the tv button was ripped off. The air con was VERY NOISY……..tick tick tick, yo....
