The Ubonburi Resort is beautiful, especially the magnificent gardens. Unfortunately, our room had a sliding door that did not lock and the patio drain was plugged so the entire area was inches deep in water. We reported the problems and they were fixed; still, these problems should have been handled before we were checked into the room.
